Very nice! You are inundated with comfort when walking into this restaurant. The temperature was just right, the lighting was a tad bit low, and you were met with a smile at the counter from a worker who loves her job and where she works. Only issue is that the prices are very high but OMG, the food was soon good. I will go back but will split a sandwich next time because of the price.

The staff was great. The food was excellent. I love the way the manager came out and introduced herself (Kedria). The cashier that took my walk in order was perfect, great customer service.

I might be slow to the game, but not only is everything individually priced (causing a mark up) but they slap on the tip w/o informing you. Tip is a choice. I will choose to no longer give my money to McAllister's. $50 for 2 people for a sandwich and soup. Ridiculous.

After a little longer than usual wait, our order came and was delicious. Jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich on jalapeño roll was super tasty. One small brown spot on the avacado but no taste difference. The potato chips on the sandwich make for a nice texture change. I usually don't go for mayo but it really belongs on this sandwich. For a side I had the steamed broccoli, which is almost always an underwhelming and flavorless, albeit, healthy side. Not this one. Broccoli steamed perfectly with salt and pepper, and I tasted butter in there as well. My boy had the kids chicken wrap w/honey mustard. His review was "so good!" best meal I've had at McAllisters so far.

My first impression should have been the indication to get back in my car and go somewhere else. Before I entered the restaurant, my eyes were drawn to the trash around the front entrance-scraps of paper and cigarette butts. When I entered, there were two very long lines. I ordered a salad which was lackluster -ingredients looked and tasted less than fresh. It looked as if they were under staffed and people were waiting frustratedly for orders that had been placed 15-20 minutes before mine. Lesson learned -

Amazing! Tried the Goddess Salad w/green Goddess today. Y’all it was great! Packed with meat and all the trimmings. I actually got it from the new location on Mansfield Road. Yummy!

Two stars is very generous, because I still have the Christmas spirit.

It's a shame, the food was really good and nicely presented. Having said that, I would only visit if you have a LOT of time to kill. We visited on a Saturday afternoon, maybe 5 tables filled. The line to order, with 3 ahead of us, took 15 minutes. We sit down, and 30 minutes later my wife's food is brought out. We wait another 15 minutes, and I still haven't been served. We have been there an hour at this point. My wife looks at the counter, and sees my plate sitting there. Who knows how long it's been there, but there is no indication that anyone is in a hurry to bring it out. My wife then goes to the counter, asks if that is for us, and then is handed the plate. No apology. It's not a matter of being understaffed or overtasked, just a lack of motivation.

This could be a great place, the food is fantastic, but until management can motivate improvement of the service (or there is a management change, which is probably more appropriate), we won't be back. There are plenty of other places that actually appreciate our business.

My family made it to the restaurant before me and my girlfriend so they went on ahead and ordered there food and sat down . When we got there about 10 minutes after they ordered we went to the counter to place our order and we were told we could not order anything because they were short handed. I explained that the table that is waiting on there food is my family and we were stuck in traffic. She told me it doesn't matter that we are together she can not take my order. So my girlfriend and I got to sit and watch everyone else eat lunch. Ruined our Sunday funday lunch. Terrible experience.
