I started working with them November of 2023. I was looking for a reliable, yet experienced app development team to make my idea come to life. I spoke with Mr. Fernandez and he assured me that in 4-6 months, I’d have an app.

Everything was great, they kept communicating with me on a weekly basis. Gave me a project manager, Mr. Mason. Then both Mr. Fernandez and Mr. Mason were both replaced due to exhaustion from an overload of work. So I started working with Mr. Foreman. Next thing you know, April 1st, 2024, is the last I hear anything from Mr. Foreman. Or anyone on the Meta App Coder team.

May 2024, is the 6 month mark. I have no app. It is now June, 2024, and no one is answering their phone when I call. I texted Mr. Foreman, months ago, no answer. So I consulted with an attorney. He emailed them, again, no response. So now I’ll be consulting with an attorney on the next steps.

I thought I found an app development team who I could actually rely on. This is highly unprofessional. This shows lack of responsibility, and I am deeply disappointed. I will also be notifying the Better Business Bureau of this situation.
