Since signing up with MXO this year, The IT outlook of our 60 year old business has completely evolved.

The CEO and owner, Joanna, has been hands on and available to talk anytime that me or my team has had questions.

Most important of all, the MXO team treats my business like its their own. Woz and Chris have been incredible guides and resources as we overcome the technical deficit that our previous IT resources left behind.

Chris even slept at our office one night to ensure the job was done properly. Ive never seen that level of commitment from a 3rd party provider, let alone our own full time team members!

MXOtech did a great job in helping us identify our shortcomings through their technology and security audit. They took it a step further and prepared a technology road map which we have been following for the last year. We’ve never worked with an IT company who was so proactive and strategic. They also did a Business Process Improvement assessment on our work-flows and eliminated hundreds of hours in manual work replacing it with technology.
