Don’t come to this location. They replaced their bowl menu with build-your-own only and jacked up the prices. $15+ for a large bowl with basic toppings….
And if you do try to build a bowl most of their options are sold out…
Definitely pick another location!

I got food poisoning from a smoothie here. I know it was from the smoothie because I hadn't eaten anything else yet that day and it hit me almost immediately after finishing the smoothie. I've never had a problem at other Nekter locations but this one clearly isn't washing their produce.

Customer service was really bad. I walked in super happy and excited because I really wanted an Acai Bowl.

I said hello with a big smile and told the young lady (slender white girl). I wanted the large Acai Bowl 🥣 with acai at the bottom. I then told her I wanted only strawberries & and blueberries, and she said, "You can give the the toppings later!" I said oh OK I'm sorry. My husband ordered his acai bowl afterwards. We paid and walked over to the toppings.

The young lady started making my husband's bowl first. He told her he wanted granola at the bottom and at the top. She then says it's an extra fee. Do you want it, it's an extra fee?! I told her yes, we want it. I then told her, that's why I tried to tell you at first what we wanted on our acai bowl. We paid the extra $2.

The young lady started making my acai 🥣. I told her I only wanted blueberries and strawberries 🍓. She made my bowl, and it literally was half the bowl! WHY DID I PAY FOR A LARGE BOWL, if I was getting regular size?!

I gave it 2 stars because the acai bowl was actually really good, I just wish the customer service was the same.

Maybe she was having a bad morning, but that's still not excusable to treat people poorly. I still want my other half of my acai bowl. Pictures are their to prove it. Your pictures on your site don't look like mine.

The manager read my review and told me to email them. I emailed them to no avail. I guess that's just how they run things 🤷🏾‍♀️

I changed my star rating because this establishment doesn't care. Why read and reply to my comment with please reach out to us and email when you never respond?

Be careful if you have a nut allergy. My daughter reacted after drinking Pink Flamingo, which should not contain any nuts. I triple-checked the ingredients. We were confused and in panic when she threw up after a sip of juice. Staff said that I should have mentioned her allergy so that they could thoroughly wash any nuts remaining in their shared blender. I think that their food treatment is not safe. Are they selling real healthy drinks?No trust and big disappointment!

What an absolute treat to have this near you. Having a sensitive stomach really is a burden but this place seems to have an answer for everything. Their bowls and their smoothies are amazing

It was my second time here and I had the cold brew PB protein smoothie. I recently got my wisdom teeth removed, so I have been checking out a lot of smoothie places and this one has been the best so far. Their regular PB smoothie is also very delicious!!! I used the app and my drinks have been ready before or by the scheduled time 🙂
