Some pretty good deals and sales here at the more affordable version of the famed Seattle chain.

Store is kept very clean/sanitized, customer service is on par just as the regular stores, store is well organized and they seem to be on top when it comes to item recovery.

I live in Beach Park so this is the closest Rack to my house and the closest actual Nordstrom is in Old Orchard mall.

This Rack is in a very lively spot surrounded by what seems to be an endless array of restaurants so it's always easy to pop in here after a nearby meal.

Would give 0 if I could. Do not order online for pick up in the store if you’re expecting to be able to pick up your order on the day they say you can. I only ordered from Nordstrom because they specifically said my order would be ready on the date I needed it and it wasn’t. I don’t know if they are trying to compete with Amazon, and lying about their shipping and pick up times but, this has put me in a very tough spot and I feel like it is intentionally misleading and false advertising. When I called to inquire about the status of my order, the associate was able to tell me when my order shipped (at 2:00 on the day it was supposed to be ready for pick up) but not when I could expect to pick it up. They should be able to track these things accurately. I also chatted with customer service online and all they said was “sorry you couldn’t pick it up on time” they offered no solution or explanation. I ordered a birthday gift and needed it on time. Additionally, they charge your card a hold when you order, which is fine if I got my item but I didn’t…..so now not only do I have no birthday gift to give, but I don’t have my money back to try and shop for a new one last minute.

Went to this store one night. Said hello to 2 different employees on the floor. Both of whom COMPLETELY ignored me. Very rude, very unprofessional. No one ever asked if I needed help.

Stop pushing the credit card onto your customers. The cashier wouldn’t take no for an answer. I must have told them I didn’t want the credit card at least 8 times before they let me pay. I almost told them to stop harassing me already. I really like shopping here but I dread the check out.

Great store with a good large amount of inventory. Very popular brands at great prices. Store is very clean, but lots of tight spaces to meander through. The employees seem to gainful in their duties. Customer service is doing very well. Store is located in Vernon Hills, IL; great area to hangout and shop.
