Excellent experience overall.
We were able to obtain a quote online very quickly, and personally tailor most aspects to our needs.
Our initial premium was competitive in pricing within our shortlist of four insurers.
The process of obtaining coverage was easy, however we did need to pay one of the premiums ourselves, as our lender did not pay it quickly from the escrow account. Obie would have cancelled the policy otherwise.
Customer service interactions have been limited, due to zero issues, but these have been handled quickly and efficiently. Our most recent experience was with Emily in Customer Success, who was great to work with.

Edit: Initially, I felt compelled to give this service only 2 stars due to my first point of contact suddenly becoming unresponsive, which led to a frustrating experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I started receiving follow-up calls and emails from various team members. They took the time to explain the circumstances that caused the delays and addressed any confusion I had about the situation. I was genuinely impressed by their proactive approach and commitment to communication. Their efforts not only clarified my concerns but also reaffirmed that they value their customers. I felt supported and appreciated throughout the process, which has definitely changed my perspective on their service.

Previous Review: I had quite an interesting experience during the process of obtaining a new policy. Initially, I received a quote from Nick Lewis, who was proactive in following up with me to encourage the signing of the paperwork. Before I made the commitment, Nick was readily available to address any questions I had and was impressively responsive, which made me feel confident about my decision.

However, everything changed once I signed the new policy. The attentive customer service I had experienced during the initial stages vanished completely. Since signing, I have reached out multiple times, seeking updates and clarification on various matters, but my inquiries have gone unanswered. It’s truly disappointing; if I had known that this would be the level of support I would receive post-signing, I likely would have reconsidered my decision.

When our coverage was to about to expire and was not going to be renewed due to the carrier leaving the state our prior Insurance Broker did not come through with a new carrier. We went to several other Brokers and they also did not come through. We are happy with our service and they did come through getting us several policies while others couldn't.
