Rachelle was my phlebotomist for this location on 1/3/25. I was a walk in and she promptly acknowledged me. I informed her that I had an app for the bus but they never showed up. Apparently I was the first appointment of the day for the bus and they get there right on time? Anyways, i digress lol

Rachelle was friendly and comforting. I was worried about not being able to donate because of not much success in the past due to poor vein access. I made sure to drink so much water. She made iv access on the first attempt and it was painless. I wanted to give her a shout out because she was a great employee with good energy. I could tell she enjoyed her job. Thank you Rachelle. See you in three months!

on my second visit this last week of Sept. 024 the receptionist who took my info, incorrectly inserted the needle, since my blood wasn't flowing like she thought it should she twisted the needle sideway's thus puncturing the opposing side of the vein causing blood to enter the surrounding tissue . Now 5 days later arm is bruised and painful to touch, Will never return, First letter ,number code WO368 Got a reply back from owner December 9,024 apologizing , and stating I should contact 1-888-DONATE which I did , the the following week of the incident , But this is the first time anyone reached out . It's a SHAME , No One was willing to respond to my complaint 2.5 months ago

Worst customer service ever, unfriendly, and worst attitude seen on July 24 at the Jupiter location. I went to one blood a month ago and said my doctor RECOMMENDED I donate blood. She said I need a script then, proceeded to put a note in the computer. A month later I went to donate blood at a bus with a script and she said I need to go to a branch location. I drove there right after, there was NO ONE in that office, she said I need an appointment with a script, there was nobody there! I asked why and she gave me this snotty attitude.

Had a fantastic donation experience today in the Jupiter location. The staff was so friendly and professional. I’m usually uncomfortable with the newer staff members doing the “stick” but Tarika was exceptional. See you on a few weeks!

I’ve donated blood at multiple centers and Big Red Buses, and the center in Jupiter has been by far the best experience! The staff is extremely friendly and skilled with blood donations. I have thin veins and others have struggled to properly insert the needle. But Pearl at OneBlood does a fantastic job every time, and I’m always in and out the door very quickly. I highly recommend this OneBlood location! PS. Try the peanut butter crackers if you’re offered a snack, they’re great!!

Ive been donating through oneblood for a few years, about 1 year at this location in Jupiter. Ive had the pleasure of working with several of the staff and it has always been a great experience. Very clean, professional, informative, safe and friendly. Everyone there is fantastic, Pearl is always my go to 🙂

Will never go again. On two occasions the double red machine malfunctioned . Took no blood.But get dinged for four months and cannot donate.

I love the Jupiter OneBlood location. It is a small site providing a personal experience. Yesterday, Pearl took care of me. She was friendly and pleasant. The time passes quickly in a friendly environment, leaving no excuse not to return to donate again 😉
