Very slow service. Waited 30 minutes for my food. I ordered tomatoes and cucumbers with my bagel and cream cheese. The cashier said he couldn't guarantee they would put it on but did not mention that I could pay extra for it (which I would have gladly done). I was confused and did not see the request on my receipt. They called my name for my order but there were no tomatoes or cucumbers. The person serving the food just kept telling me no, I can't make a sandwich out of a bagel. If I wanted a sandwich, I should have ordered one and customized it. I told him I would pay for it but he wouldn't help me at all... I'm definitely not going back.

She was so rude with my order from another store that I already paid. She needs to go and take lessons how to be nice with costumers.

The bathrooms here still smell bad. I've been coming to this location for a year.
We stopped for coffee and the coffee we wanted was empty. We asked the clerk about it. They said it'll be a bit. After waiting still no response.
The people making food in the morning are fantastic. They do a great job. So this location is hit or miss.

The slowest service ever. There is only one girl working on the cashier and the people that make the food take their sweet time. There are workers just standing around doing nothing. I ordered a greek salad and it took over 30 mins. Ridiculous.

It is still a Panera breads but you will have a special experience here. There puck two is more delicious and flavorful. Coffee is fresher than any other Panera I have been. The store itself is crowded but super clean.
Abundant parking spaces are another pros of this location. I really like this place

It's fast food they're little bit healthier than most of the food out there, but if it's not sanitary, it really doesn't matter... the drive-through cashier handle those money and answers the drive-through calls and handle bakery goods drinks and deserts with same hand that is covered by gloves with touching food Plastic headset, cash register Customer's credit card and all the appliances everywhere

Placed an online order to go. Received an email at 11:34 stating it was ready for pick up. When I showed up to the drive through at 11:40 the lady stated my food was not ready yet. I told them I had an email letting me know my food was ready and she said that they were short staffed and my food wasn’t really ready. I waited in the drive through line for 18 minutes! Didn’t gets my food until 11:58.. my smoothie was complete liquid and wasted my entire lunch break waiting in line.

This is by far the worst location. And it’s sad because of the area. The employees here are unprofessional and they are lacking customer service skill.
First off apron must not be worn in the lobby, much less on your way to the toilet. Aprons should be taken off inside the kitchen. I see employees here taking out the garbage with their apron and I’ve seen them on their way to the toilet with their apron on. It does not matter if you take in off just before entering the toilet, it’s disgusting. I also known this to be true because I worked in the industry during my college days and the always teach you to take off your apron in the kitchen or behind the counter.
