Ordered the papadias...came with no fillings. Called the store after being on hold for 5 minutes someone answered the phone and I asked to speak to the manager...someone claiming to be the manager fumbles around trying to find my order...puts me on hold and Christy answers the phone and ask if she can help me. Told her I was speaking to Corey...she said yes he passed you to me. So I explain everything to her now. She says she will re send. After an hour the "replacement" arrives. No dipping sauce, no sauce on the papadia. The pics are from the original and the replacements...can't tell the difference. Both "managers" had attitudes so I did not bother to call again...wanted to eat tonight. Will probably not patronize this location again. When I questioned the customer service...was told 'our customer service is great. Update- Since this post I received an Email from corporate advising that things would improve. I have ordered several times since and EVERY time my food is appealing, hot and fresh. And actually shows up sooner than they say. NICE RECOVERY!

I was waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come up to the counter. There was a lady in the back and was hiding from customers. There were 2 of us waiting forever. I had a pickup and couldn't wait any longer so I canceled it and left without seeing anyone.

I ordered my food online at 5:50 and it said the estimated pickup time was 6:03-6:13. I did not get my food until 7. They did not greet customers as they entered. They made sure to take care of every door dash driver before other customers. Orders were complete and they were sitting on the shelf but unless you continued to ask if your order was ready it just sat there. Upon getting my pizza I informed them that type of service is unacceptable and the guy jokingly said “yea that’s why we have a 2.5 rating online” as if it was funny. Poor ownership/ management. I understand that this is a franchise but I will be contacting corporate. Employees should take pride in their jobs and whoever the owner or manager is of this store needs a lesson or two in operations. There is no excuse for this type of service.

Ordered a pizza and got a bitten off peperoncini. Called the store and the manager told me that they've been getting smaller pepers .. when it clearly wasn't the case here.. I wanted a refund and asked them.to come get the pizza and he offered me.a credit for for peperocinis in a future order...did not even offer to replace my pizza..When asked for a refund he offered me a 5$ credit... it's appalling and absolutely disgusting that you would treat a paying customer this way.. completely unsatisfied with my experience.. id.recommend going somewhere where they have better service. . By the way to the manager who I spoke to. When a customer has an issue with their order. You replace the order the issue ensued in.. basic comprehension of customer service is definitly lacking here. ZERO stars if I could.

We are visiting Stone Mountain and staying in a hotel. Called Papa John's for delivery. We don't eat pizza often but agreed it was the best pizza and best service we have had in a long time. We ordered thin crust with pepperoni, sausage, pineapple and onion and garlic parmasean bread sticks. The person that took the order was professional as was the person that delivered. Excellent pizza. Thank you. Job well done.
