I called and asked to speak to the manager. I was on hold for nearly 20 minutes so I hung up and called again. The same man answered the phone immediately and when I told him who I was and that I was waiting to talk to the manager he hung up the phone up in my face immediately. How is this an acceptable employee? I was not rude or angry. I just wanted to speak to someone in charge about getting my pizza completely wrong. So I will be pursuing this further mainly because of the treatment I received in return.

Tonight was my last order from Pizza Hut in Blanchard. I order extra sauce and I don't even think they look at that. They also left off the pepperonis that I ordered.
Also, they have gone up on their delivery fee to nearly $5. So now that they've gone up on their pizza prices you can add on a higher delivery fee plus your tip and they're not nearly as affordable as they used to be. It'd be okay if the quality was still there but it's just not anymore. The treatment over the phone call was far worse than the pizza!

A fly was baked into my pizza. I called to inform them and the worker told me I couldn’t get a refund and that he would remake the pizza. I didn’t want to eat the first fly so I don’t want you to remake another fly pizza. Poor customer service and the kitchen must be dirty!!!

The pizza dough tasted old. Crust dry barely any sauce..I very disappointed this location does not take pride in making the food it's always terrible ..I give up tired of spending my hard earned money on garbage

Seems like the pizza here tastes better when you carry out....Ms. Shirley was so wonderful and the manager, Jennifer was as nice as to be expected I guess when you deal with people and BS all day lol....other than that the pizza was the best I'd had from this place and first time picking it up myself....I would eat here again

Please avoid this Pizza Hut and choose another location in the city. The girl who closed on August 8th, 2024, at around 10:27 PM, was unnecessarily rude. I placed my order expecting it to arrive by 10:02 PM, but I didn’t receive any calls or updates from the restaurant. When I called, I was told they had no drivers available and that I would either need to wait for DoorDash or come pick it up. I later learned that my pizza had been ready and just sitting there. Her attitude was uncalled for; how difficult would it have been to inform me about the situation? While I was trying to decide what to do, she asked, “You gonna come pick it up orrrr?” as if I had known all along that there was no delivery driver.

I understand that working in fast food is not the most ideal job; however, if you can’t maintain professionalism for the money they pay you, perhaps you should consider a different profession instead of being rude to a customer who was simply trying to order food. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced for no reason at all.

I do not know what it is about the night shift. The pizza is horrible! I received a credit for my order and got my order remade still the same quality. I just trashed it and went to Johnny’s. The need to make some changes quick. Not to take away from day shift but night shift makes it bad for both! Pizza is dry and burnt!

EDIT: I said it before, I'll say it again....This Pizza Hut is the JAM! 100%! Hands down! This is the 5th time we have gotten GREAT and LOADED pizzas from here. Awesome!

The Pizza Hut is Blanchard did us AWESOME tonight! We had a minor issue before with another order, but the manager made it up to us and stood by their word 100%. Today, we ordered some pizzas and let me tell you.....they are the BEST pizzas we have had in a LONG time, from ANYWHERE! Good job Pizza Hut in Blanchard!!! The pizza's tonight were absolutely AMAZING! Fully loaded! Thank you!
