There are a lot of reasons to dislike Hyundai dealers, but none of those reasons are on display at Potamkin Hyundai. These guys are TOP NOTCH. After calling other dealers about this specific car, I was refused a simple test drive unless I finished a credit app. Frustrating, but Nick Brown, JR, Jerome and Basil made this whole thing easy. Nick worked with me through the order process going ABOVE AND BEYOND to meet my requests. Basil/Jerome hammered out the money side with me. I was very specific on how I wanted to complete this deal and was so satisfied.

I had some poor conceptions about this brand but I am really coming around. When you have good people representing a brand like the names mentioned above it’s hard not to consider the rest of the product line.

Very very happy. I recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai reach out to this group. Feel confident that they take your interest seriously and will work out a fair deal.

I walked in right before closing on a random Tuesday recently and kept them and my salesman Mike working way longer than he should have. But Mike didn’t care he was so kind and considerate, helped with pricing and more. He wasn’t selling me a Hyundai, he was helping me get the car I liked. He stayed in contact with me after my purchase asking how I and the car where doing. I would 100% go back to Mike for another car if I needed to. Mike wasn’t the only one though as everyone else I interacted with in my car buying experience made it nothing like I hear online about it being bad. It was great and although I didn’t meet the other salespersons I’m sure they are just as great as Mike.

Nick Brown and Matthew Thompson at Potamkin Hyundai are the BEST!! This is my second car purchase in a month and they were more than helpful to say the least. Nick literally helped me every step of the way, even when I was getting frustrated, and indecisive. Now, Jorme is an AMAZING Sales Manager!!! His thoughtfulness help seal the deal.
