PowerDMS is a tremendous product and company. Our agency uses PowerDMS to administer our policies and procedures, manage employee training records, review policy and form changes, and manage our accreditation files all in one location. The product is easy to manage and the employees are eager to assist in the rare instances when there are problems. The company also provides plenty of training resources in the form of documents and videos so users can learn on their own.

My company (Genova Diagnostics) uses PowerDMS's software to manage documents, and we love it. Most features of the site are intuitive to use; and it works really well for documents that need to be reviewed on a regular basis. Their support staff are always really responsive.
The reporting capabilities of the program are not very robust; hopefully reporting will be improved over time.
PowerDMS has been a huge asset to our company!

We use PowerDMS for CALEA Accreditation compliance, managing all policy related documents, and as a training tool. The program is intuitive and very easy to use for the end user. The staff at PowerDMS has been exceptional in supporting our agency.

PowerDMS has revolutionized the way we manage our policies and keep employees informed regarding the latest revisions- and don’t get me started on the huge impact it has had in managing our accreditation process. Gone are the days of file cabinets containing hundreds of pages of documents!!! Everything is managed electronically which has saved us countless hours of work. Employees love the PowerDMS mobile app that allows them to bookmark and access polices and their most frequently used documents while out in the field. The interface is simple for end users to navigate which made transitioning to the PowerDMS management system a snap. As a system administrator I love the flexibility I have to organize our documents and user groups in ways that make sense for us. I can’t say enough about the fantastic customer support we have received from the helpdesk staff- they are simply amazing – hands down the best I have ever encountered. The company goes even further to ensure their customers are getting the most from their product by hosting frequent webinars, posting an extensive help tutorial guides section, and utilizing a customer forum which allows for the exchange of ideas. We love PowerDMS.

Simplicity of uploading and editing policies for my agency. Ability to run reports. Ability to add videos and PowerPoint presentations to be viewed online and save me from having to have numerous classes and take people away from their jobs to attend the classes. Able to send out information quickly and able to track who is staying on top of tasks. Provides me with a way of sending out required training and not having to pay overtime or pull people away from their job assignments to physically attend a class.
