I was very impressed. It was incredibly easy to set up the appointment. When I got there, the check-in was on my phone and I waited about 2 1/2 minutes before I was called back. I think the entire event took 10 minutes. And I was back in my car and on my way. The technician was very professional. I enjoyed the experience because it was so Incredibly efficient and clean.

Well conducted operation. Debbie took care of my parents and was wonderful! She was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She was great and patient with my elderly parents.

Erika was so patient and professional at the same time. She is a great asset for your company. There was somebody else who helped me in the screen at the lobby kindly. unfortunately i cannot remember her name, she was a kind black young girl who take the time to scan my confirmation and provide me the right appointment time for the same day. My technician Melinda, was nothing short of amazing. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and kind and friendly. I did not even feel the needle! Now that is skill! My visit was actually enjoyable, and that’s incredible for a yearly test collection!

My doctor's rx was no longer in the system, when it had been before, so I had to go there to pick up a copy. Then I had to reschedule another appt for over an hour and a half later, and I was still fasting. The tech drew my blood, then instructed me to leave a urine sample in a cup she had marked with a number 3, and leave it in the basket in the bathroom. There were probably 7 or 8 other cups in there, including another one with a 3 on it. There was no way for them to know which sample belonged to which patient. When my test results came to my patient portal, there was no urinalysis result shown, and I noticed that there was also none for the previous yr as well, even though samples had been left. I have left 2 messages for quest and have not gotten any response. This is aggregious and unacceptable.

Visiting Quest Diagnostics for bloodwork is always convenient. I like the convenience of using the app to make the appointment, receiving reminders via text and being able to check-in with text. The waiting time has always been reasonable. I would recommend the Jupiter location and the Abacoa location of Quest Diagnostics.

The Jupiter location is by far the worst Quest I've ever experienced, they are unprofessional and have horrible bed side manners, only one staff member named Toni was kind and professional out of the approximate 5 that I encountered, the manager had a disgusted look on her face as if she was being inconvenienced when asked for assistance. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, it is so discouraging that they allow this behavior especially when dealing with elderly patients. It won't even let you post unless you give one star, ridiculous, they deserve 0 stars
