We have used Smokeball for the past 5+ years at our law firm. The performance of the software is lights years better than any previous software we have used in the past. It is intuitive, integrated with Microsoft products and easy to use at all levels in our firm. Training provided is also quite excellent. Also, the customer service support is always friendly, prompt and easily accessible, on the off chance you need assistance on something or want to bounce ideas off of them. We simply would not be as efficient doing our jobs without it and we would strongly recommend the software and the company to all in this industry!

I have been using Smokeball since I started my first law job and incorporated Smokeball into my law firm. I have been using Smokeball for about 9 years now. I don't know how I would manage my files without it. It keeps everything organized and accessible, easy to use, able to auto populate my forms/documents, electronic signature software integrated, and much much more. Smokeball has made a significant difference in or office efficiency. We use Smokeball for front in office work, automation of pleadings and billing. We are still working on getting some of our own pleadings automated but Smokeball does provide a nice robust library of the state/ county specific ones to use as well. They are always improving their software and staff is quick to respond and very helpful and friendly.

Simply put, this is the best legal software out there for real estate attorney. It tracks all my deadlines, fees, billing, drafts closing statements, etc. Smokeball makes it easier for myself and staff to stay on top of our files and communicate with our clients. I've been using Smokeball legal software for 7 years now. For a reasonable monthly fee, I have organized digital files for all client matters of any nature. I can access most files and information through the app on my phone when I'm away from my desk. I can keep personal memos in a file and I can also attach necessary documents to reminders and task alerts. I can access any file from the beginning of my subscription in the blink of an eye, making it effortless to produce copies of settlement statements for clients at tax time or to go back into a purchase file when the time comes for my client to sell.
Honestly, I don't know what I would do without Smokeball. Way cheaper than a secretary or paralegal and doesn't have to be trained either!
