Ezhili technology,Worst unprofessional company, doesnt know work ethics. They provide a basic standard proposal for all clients. They dont know to write a proposal as per the clients requirements.as a intern i have to teach them how to write a proposal as a intern
Will recruit only interns to get the job done If you join as an intern be careful. These guys will use you and throw you all of a sudden without any proper intimation. They don't have heart or humanity. Ezhili technology Wanted to earn revenue in a short span of time is their only aim right now. I worked as an intern. In 10 days they expect me to do magic and just like that easily throwed me out without a proper intimation . My 10 days of hard work and time and energy i put to this company gone in vain.From this incident you can judge a company how low standards they maintain with interns. They will treat intern as a slave, these four guys dont have a proper business ethics. Lower than cheap i can describe their behavior towards intern. they wanted to build a castle overnight. Even in MNC they treat their employees well. Here quite opposite in this ezili technology. These guys dont think that interns join for learning and interns do mistakes and to correct them or give them a second hand is the right path. this is how the company have to handle. But in this company its quite opposite . I dont want other interns to get affected by this company. So that interns are not been used for their own needs to generate revenue in short time. Pls be aware of it.such a low rated company it is. Clients beware, intern beware.
