TeeTimeHelper is a great program for planning golf outings. My wife and I have been using it weekly for a couple years for both small and large groups. Great experience on this facility. Friendly access and navigation. You can schedule any event whether for tee times or general events. Players can conveniently register their own preference tee times.
You can also ask any support / solutions to any error issues of the page(s) from the owner immediately.
This tee-time organizer is great and very comfortable for use to any size of tournaments or fun games.
We PGAQ recommends this facility to any golf club organization.

My golf group has been using TeeTimeHelper (TTH) for several years. It is simple to use and provides an excellent way to schedule events and track who has signed up and who has chosen not to. It also tracks those who do not respond at all. If changes occur to a schedule, TTH enables that, too. The most recent addition to TTH for administrators shows statistics about who rsvp's and who does not. Overall, this is a great product to help you schedule one, or more golf events and manage them on a regular basis.

We have a group of 40 and availability for 16 players every Tuesday and Thursday. After issues with group emails and using spreadsheets to keep track of players we switched to Tee Time Helper. Absolutely love it. Saves so much time and was very easy to implement. Even our older anti-tech players have adopted quickly. The automated reminder emails are also a great feature. The couple of times I have contacted support for questions I received very quick replies and they are super helpful.

Our golf association uses tee time helper at least weekly to schedule our tee groupings for our play dates. Our association has over 135 members. Tee time helper helps us keep everything organized in an efficient manner. Without it, it would be a nightmare to schedule our tee groupings for our players. We have several formats of play that tee time helper accommodates and we are now using the chat feature. Tee time helper also has an excellent support structure. Just moved my group of 25 guys to TeeTimeHelper from a shared spreadsheet. We're only a few rounds into its use but so far I am impressed. We originally had 20 ladies in a group text trying to organize matches and tee times 30 days in advance, three times a week. What a nightmare sifting through tons of messages! TeeTimeHelper is awesome! We organize up to 6 foursomes every Saturday and Sunday with it and the guys like it - lot's of favorable comments. We play a blind draw tournament each round and everyone appreciates knowing their foursomes and tee times before they arrive at the course instead of finding out when they arrive. Great tool!
