The Cleaning Authority cleaned my home for the first time yesterday and they did a fantastic job! The team Sylvia & Aurora was very friendly and efficient and cleaned the whole house very thoroughly! They covered all the small corners, window sills and hard to reach places. I am very happy and look forward to them coming again soon!

Gaby and Irene cleaned our 3-bedroom home yesterday. We have hard wood floors, lots of dust, and sadly, we had become a bit messy.

These two ladies came in and cleaned so well. Lots of focus and detailed work. The dust is gone, the bathrooms sparkle and smell nice. Floors look great. Kitchen is perfect.

I recommend this cleaning service for your home on the north shore. Hard workers.

Patricia and Irene did a phenomenal job cleaning my kitchen and bathrooms! I would certainly have them again for future cleanings. They deserve a FIVE STAR review.

The Cleaning Authority, however, was dishonest, by advertising and repeating their $70/hour cleaning service, that I was later told is a price per person cleaning, without any indication of how many people would be sent to my home for the job. When asked if they would ever send less than 2 people for the job, the answer was no, that they would not. Advertise $140/hour then… If I sell a product as a package deal, I don’t advertise and/or quote the price per item if I only sell the package deal. The dishonesty will garner new clients no problem, but for the workers that service their properties, I cannot imagine how they will continue to retain clients.

I have been using CTA for a few weeks now and have been very satisfied with their work. I like their rotation technique to make sure everything gets cleaned and certain areas are getting special attention on regular basis.
