I have no complaints about this place—it's always clean, and the service is efficient. However, the price for the basic wash used to be $7, and now it’s $12, which blew my mind! That’s a pretty big jump. Also, the vacuums can sometimes have low suction, which can be frustrating. Other than that, it’s a solid car wash with a smooth experience.

I haven’t an experience like this in a while, I happened to be in the area and got a car wash , after I went to vacuum I noticed a bunch of residue I’m talking more than usual, I typically go every 2weeks this is unusual, I go back to the front it’s different girl from the first (also I upgraded to the 2nd in the window with the 1st girl) now the lady in the window is Ashley the manager I asked can she run me through again and to look at my car so she doesn’t think I’m exaggerating she refused and said unfortunately you didn’t get the #1 (the superior) if I wanted no residue and for it to basically be real clean I should have went with that ! I said than why offer any other number if the others aren’t going to clean your car, I’m not talking wheels or anything just the basic,stuff , after a long 7 min conversation she ran me through again , after giggling with her coworker and had me sit in my car at least another 4 min till she opened the gate. Ashley be mindful, your not gonna be here all your life it’s Tommy’s express not Ashley express, treat his customers better without unfortunately being the first word out your mouth you will get further and have more repeated customers, God bless you on your learning journey 💕

I usually wash my own vehicle, but I decided to give Tommy’s Car Wash a try. Unfortunately, it turned out to be my first and last visit. When I got home, I noticed my hitch cover was partially ripped off. I reported the issue, but they dismissed it, saying they don’t cover aftermarket parts. Their response? A thank you for my business and an invitation to return. Why would I ever go back to a business that won’t take responsibility for damage caused during their service? I’ve never had an issue like this with a hitch cover before. Very disappointing.

This is far the best Car Wash EVER. I've been going to this car wash for 5 months now. The employees have the best customer service. I have sent a few friends and family to this car wash and they absolutely love it as well. It keeps my cars spotless. Manager Chris is awesome! He is really helpful and dedicated to his customers. We need more people like him and his staff.

The cheapest car wash is $12 and on top of that you have to pay $5 if you want a wash rag and other cleaning materials. You have to continuously press a button to start the vacuum and the pressure is super low. We had to move our car to different stations because some of the vacuums didn’t work.

First time here and the service was absolutely amazing! Kaseem was very helpful, respectful and kind! My car mats wouldn't fit in the machine, and Kaseem took the liberty of washing my mats for me! Talk about stellar service! I am extremely pleased with my visit today and will be back soon to use my monthly membership. Thanks again for a great experience!
