Fast and SUPER courteous service from Kevin, Shammah, and Joseph. Straight forward pricing, informed me of everything being done, explained recommendations for preventative maintenance, AND they accepted a coupon from a competitor! I highly recommend this center for your oil changes and basic maintenance!!!

I went in to get an oil change, they offered me to change my serpentine Belt, I told them no. I have had my truck since 2000 and have never had a problem. When I left there, there was a squeaking noise. I called back and told a woman that I need to speak to a supervisor, I was telling her that only a supervisor can handle my problem. While I am telling her that she put me on hold being rude that’s number one.
Long story short I went up there the next day and talked to a manager that it was his first day being there, and he said he looked through the cameras And it doesn’t show that anyone did anything too my truck.
All I can tell you all especially women don’t go to this location because if they see something going bad, they are going to mess with it and make it go bad because they’re upset that she won’t get it done at their place. I will never go there even though it’s right around the corner from my house I will go to the one in Shreveport from this day forward, The head people of this particular Location really need to do an investigation on the people that works here. I have been going to this place for years and I have never had any problems open till this one and I had to pay out of my pocket $200 to get my truck fixed behind their mishaps and I truly do not appreciate it at all!!

3rd station I’ve been to for an inspection sticker and they don’t offer the service. They are great at sending you to their partner station down the road who doesn’t have a state inspector, but have a sign out front stating they do them. Take the sign down or provide the service.

Make sure that someone checks behind the person that’s underneath your car to insure that everything is screwed back together. They left the disc plate or whatever you call it hanging from underneath my car which cause it to make a loud clapping noise.
