My whole overall experience with Xfinity has been terrible! I canceled a mogul line and ordered a new phone, I talked to multiple customer service representatives they must not add notes. They charge me for two phones and two lines. I have one phone and one line! The lady at the store was helpful. I thought the problem was resolved after she got the manager to help when I checked, my app I saw that I was being charged for two cell phones and two lines! So overall, after hours on the phone with customer service representatives telling me different things every time I talk to a new representative and nothing was resolved. I had to drive to the store that helped me. It was very nice and promised everything was fixed, but it was not. I am very disappointed I have been a loyal customer for over six years! I’m ready to cancel my service. I want my money refunded that I was promised for the phone that I never received and I want my bill fixed immediately! Have had so many problems with Xfinity I’ve had enough.

Just like everytime I deal with the agents at these stores it’s with an attitude. Nothing different today. From the moment the nasty chick called me over she had an attitude. I gave them my number when I walked in I was told they would call me when they were ready. Not that they would call out my name. Loudly. I didn’t hear her… she walked over right then with attitude..Purchased new internet for my home (over the phone )was told to come here by that agent to get my box then I was rudely told they can’t help me. The whole deal was a pain in my rear. The female rep should not be working in customer service. She should be let go and go work somewhere that best suits her.

Along with the other 1 star I wish I could leave zero. I returned an iPhone 16 to the store 3 months ago and was waiting for the refund to my credit card. I called multiple times and had to go back into the store where they told me the phone was never returned / processed. Another month goes by of them “looking” for the phone and it was somehow processed on Boca even though I returned it in gardens. So now that the phone has finally been found I’m still waiting for the refund with zero communication help from either store manager not answering my calls or calling me back when I leave a message. I’ve been back to the store 4 times and still nothing. Fast forward to right now and still no refund and the call center won’t refund because THERE’S NO PROOF THE PHONE WAS RETURNED OR PROCESSED and needs us to figure it out when we have no control over it and only the store and its managers can get us the refund. Just overall worst customer service I’ve ever experienced on the stores end and through the call center and absolutely ridiculous that the phone was returned and not in my possession and I’m still waiting for this money.

* We ended up having to email the CEO of Xfinity and his assistant called not even 10 minutes after the email was sent and took care of it right then and there

I actually went in tonight to return all of my equipment and close my account, as my HOA moved to a different provider. In spite of knowing I was there to return everything, everyone was friendly and efficient and I was helped quickly. The store was actually very nice inside, with comfortable waiting areas, and lots of options for cell phones and equipment to check out. So a good experience.

Consistently the worst customer service in the world. It is almost laughable how bad this company is at dealing with their customers. Verizon finally has internet in my area, so i can be free of Xfinity completely. I returned the router and was given a receipt by someone at Xfinity the store. Now i am getting bills in the mail threatening collections if i don't return the router. I call and they transfer me to India... and after holding for 20 minutes they say they can't help me. Same old story, this is like deja vu with Xfinity. I will pay for the router so it won't affect my credit , but this is ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would. Over the last month I have had technicians come out and I had to take off work that day unpaid. The technicians were very nice but did not resolve the issue. I have also called multiple times and spoke with people all nice until the lady I spoke to today at my local office. I am also moving called x finite to inform them a few menthes ago they told me they made note and set up a new account and to just take my mouth with me, today the associate can find no record of this and says thats not how it works when you move. I signed a contract at this store two years ago I knew it was a two year contract I did not know it was a DEAL they were running nor did I know my community was supplying cable I thought it was in my package. Today I was informed my payment would go from $90 to $207 on dec 11 no one was going to tell me I was just going to be billed. complete scam insane prices and an extremely rude associate on the phone this evening I will spare the details of the whole call. I told the associate cancel the account as of dec 11. for all the issues I have had with my internet the last two monthes I should have a refund coming my way.

I made appointment with Samantha so that she could help me transfer my cellular services to my new iPhones. She was very helpful once again! I highly recommend her!

Great new store with no workers. Place is full of people and they have one guy working and a girl greater doing nothing.
Make an Appointment!! Do not walk in, it will be an hour.
