Youmail is a company that allows Stalking, harassing, cyberbullying. I contacted them several times about false degratory comments location information about me and my family along with my underage daughter's phone number all posted to their site. They refused to remove the information.

P.C. 653.2 Electronic Cyber Harassment Law makes it a crime to send electronic communications (such as emails or text) with the intent of placing the recipient in reasonable fear for his or her safety or that of his or her immediate family. (Includes posting "personal identifying information", "digital or other images of a person", or "electronic message of a harassing nature."

"Willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follow or harass another person and make a credible threat with the intent to place the person in reasonable fear for his safety or, he safety of his or her immediate family."

The offending individual's conduct meets all three elements of the statute that must be proved for a criminal conviction (the offense can be a felony):

"Doxing," which constitutes a form of cyberstalking under P.C. 646.9. "Doxing" is defined as collecting information on an individual and making that information public to irritate, harass, intimidate, or stalk the victim.

The offending party has used "doxing" in the following illegal ways:
1. Identity theft
2. Disclosing personal and sensitive information.
3. Publishing personal identifying information online like real names, phone numbers, addresses. and other identifying and sensitive information.

Violation can be a felony carrying a sentence of up to one (1) year in jail, mandatory treatment in a mental health facility, and up to 1,000 fine.

This app is a spy app,it remains hidden in your phone even if you uninstall. I downloaded this app on my new samsung phone and I did not like the my voicemail was greeting people that the youmail customer is not available please leave a voice mail to the youmail customer, I decided to uninstall, since then all my voicemail is going to their server and I cannot access my voicemail anymore.it is still saying the same greeting and I searched for the app in my device I couldn't find it it remains there even after the factory reset.

Leaving this review. Especially for that condescending douche that wants to leave a review insulting other people's reviews and also preemptively attempting to take away people's right to freedom of speech.

This app sucks. And will continually harass you. I still get emails from these clowns and I've blocked, unsubscribed etc from them multiple times over a year ago. I even tried calling.

This app is crappy and it actually cost me money, because it doesn't work right.

As for my background I'm in the tech field and get to work on and with windows, apple, Cisco, lenovo etc etc. I also play around linux. And have assisted telecommunications dept. Point is I'm smart, way smarter than the moron who approved this while judging others who justifiably didn't. This app is straight trash.

I'm going to try calling and if I'm still receiving harassing emails I'm going to make a nice trip down to Irvine and make sure someone does.

No customer service to speak to. After 16 minutes on hold the robot ask for you to leave a message to get back to you. My voicemail box is full. I no longer have an account with YouMail and can not login to deactivate YouMail from ingesting my voicemails, which are full so no one can leave a message. Zero customer service. FAQ or bot messaging with zero help in site. Wildly frustrated.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. You mail rocks. Ditch telemarketers and ex friends with custom messages. Highly configurable. You do, however, have to be smart enough navigate simple menus, and this concept is lost to a few whining dullards who seem intent on publicly humiliating themselves.

Worst experience EVER. I discontinued using the service at least a year ago, but voicemails are still sent to YouMail on a random basis. Some get through to AT&T, but some do not.
Worse yet, they do not offer phone support. NEVER contract with a company who you cannot call for help! Going through emails for problem solving is horribly slow and inaccurate.
